- No application fee
- two most recent paystubs or proof of income
- ability to have utility services in tenant’s name
- savings or checking account
- rent payment via electronic bank draft (ACH)
- rent cannot exceed 50% of gross income


Level B
- $30 application fee
- credit & background check
- two most recent paystubs or proof of income
- ability to have utility service in tenant’s name
- savings or checking account
- rent payment via electronic bank draft (ACH)
- rent cannot exceed 50% of gross income
